Sékou comes to see the surfaces, takes measurements and advises you on colours and finishes.
Written quote
Areas in m², preparation, number of coats and products: every item is listed. You know what you are paying for.
The work
Floors and furniture protected, walls filled and sanded, undercoat, then two finishing coats.
Handover
You walk round the rooms together. Touch-ups are done on the spot and the site is left clean.

How is the price worked out?
It depends on the area to paint, the condition of the walls and the finish you choose. A cracked wall needs more preparation than a sound one. Every item is on the quote: preparation, number of coats, products.
Who supplies the paint?
Sékou can supply professional paint suited to each room and each surface. If you have already bought your own, just mention it when you ask for the quote.
Do the rooms need to be emptied?
Remove fragile items and small furniture. Everything else is grouped in the middle of the room and covered with dust sheets, like the floors.
Can you stay at home during the work?
Yes. Rooms are done one after another. Water-based paints, the most common indoors, have little smell and dry quickly.
How long does a job take?
Mostly it depends on the preparation and the drying time between coats. The expected duration is on the quote, along with the start date.
Does he hang wallpaper and murals?
Yes: standard or non-woven wallpaper, panoramic murals and illustrated murals. You choose the design; Sékou prepares the wall, then hangs it strip by strip, taking care over the pattern matching.
Does he work for managing agents, landlords and estate agents?
Yes: communal areas in buildings, refurbishment between tenants, and refreshing a home before it is sold or let.
